In a half an hour husky sled ride you get to be a dog driver for your own team of huskies. You will guide your huskies to a route with other groups and experience the fun of a ride. The journey with the huskies will take you to a winding path in to the forest. We can promise you, you will feel the speed in the downhills. Just remember to hold tight onto your sled!
After the ride you have time to see more huskies. We have a lot of cute dogs that will want all your attention and pets. If you are lucky and the time is right, we might have some puppies. They are all going to be so excited to see you.
After some pets you can enjoy warm juice and coffee in a big wooden and cozy hut called goathi. There you will hear more stories about huskies and sled dog racing that the huskies compete in.
The whole program in the park will last about one and a half hours (1,5h) and the sled ride is half an hour of it, excluding the breaks. The whole program with transportation is about two hours and fifteen minutes (2h15min).
Please notice that the tour and the timetable might change because of weather and the skill levels of participants.
